Trouble lurks in the shadows of Crystal Cove, and what Jane sees as a night of fun will soon turn into a murder investigation.
When Mia invites Jane to attend a local play, things take a turn for the worse when the lead actress is murdered. Everyone is a suspect and that includes Mia. Jane is once again forced to put her sleuthing skills and spells to use to discover who’s guilty before they escape or strike again.
But that’s only the beginning of her challenges.
Her mother is on a war path searching for the stones that have gone missing, Lizzy isn’t being forthright, her father is drowning in his sorrows and Max is about to unload something that will push Jane to the brink of what she can handle.
